I’ve always felt most connected when I’m in nature and most nourished when I’m eating foods that make me feel whole, energized, and alive. For me, wellness has never been about perfection. I truly believe in balance – there’s room for nourishing, plant-forward meals and the occasional juicy cheeseburger, ice cream cone, or decadent homemade dessert shared with the people you love. Real wellness should support your life, not take away from it.
My Background
I’m a registered nurse with over a decade of experience in healthcare. Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how chronic stress, inflammation, poor nutrition, and lack of intentional movement can quietly wear down the body over time. While modern medicine plays an important role, I’ve also learned how powerful everyday habits can be for long-term health and prevention.
Those experiences are what led me to focus on a more holistic, sustainable approach to wellness – one that blends medical knowledge with simple, realistic lifestyle choices.
